A German Light Lager that is easy drinking yet full of flavors of biscuits, crackers, grass and honey. Soft and malty upfront, honey sweet in the middle with a dry and subtle hop finish.
Crafted from 100% Ohio barley and hopped with Michigan Crystal, in honor of our Great Grandmother Mathilda “Tillie” who at the age of 13 became a homemaker. Each day she lovingly cooked a hot meal for her father’s lunch. She or her sister Anna would run the lunch across West 25th Street in Ohio City to Anhaeusser Malt Tonic Company, where August was the owner and operator.

Nice light ,refreshing ,lager style beer that satisfies but doesn’t overwhelm ! Tastes exactly the same at home from a Growler ! Aaron ,the brewer gave me the technical specs and the breakdown on its composition ! My favorite and a definate winner !
